Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients. Provide rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies using evidence-based practices . Educate patients and families on home exercises, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications . Work independently while maintaining effective communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers . Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinic policies and state regulations. Required Qualifications: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy or Bachelor/Master-level PT degree). Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Arkansas . Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Strong critical thinking skills , decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations and take appropriate action. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Experience in outpatient, acute care, or rehab settings . Knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education strategies .
