General Trade Manager (FMCG | F&B)

About the role We are seeking a results-driven General Trade Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across general trade channels, including sari-sari stores, mini groceries, and other independent retail outlets. This role plays a key part in driving sales growth, strengthening in-store execution, and enhancing overall market performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales data, market trends, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and address gaps Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to improve product visibility, availability, and conversion in stores Lead the execution of in-store initiatives, including promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials Collaborate closely with sales, brand, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution Monitor performance of initiatives and optimize strategies based on insights and results Support the development of new channels and drive growth across key product categories Ensure readiness and scalability of programs for broader roll-out across different regions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field At least 8–10 years of managerial experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or sales, preferably within FMCG or a similar industry Proven track record of leading teams and driving successful marketing initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
