About our Client Our client is a growing AI-native PR & marketing intelligence company based out of Singapore. They help brands predict, steer, and win narratives in real time. They are present in Singapore and Malaysia. This position will be based in Jakarta as one of the 1st members of their team in Indonesia. About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced dynamic and commercially driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead our go-to-market efforts in Indonesia. This role will focus on introducing our PR and marketing solutions to local brands, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proactive personality, capable of opening doors and building long-term client relationships. Job Description Lead market entry and go-to-market strategy for Indonesia Identify, approach, and acquire new clients Build and manage strategic partnerships with media or other players Develop and execute sales pipelines from prospecting to closing Present PR/marketing solutions and tailor proposals based on client needs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution Track sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Job Requirements 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships Background in PR, media, marketing, or agency environment is a strong plus Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation Strong network in Indonesia's startup, brand, or media ecosystem preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly driven, outgoing personality with strong ownership mindset Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishPlace of work
