Sales Manager (Remote | AEC Industry | BPO/Outsourcing)

About the position

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in BPO/outsourcing sales or AEC-related services, who thrives in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the AEC sector Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, AU) Promote Addmore's remote staffing and outsourcing solutions Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align client requirements Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in BPO, outsourcing, or AEC services Strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry Experience dealing with international clients is highly preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup Experience using Sales Navigator, GoHighLevel (GHL), Outplay, and other CRM tools Preferred Skills Background in technical recruitment or staffing solutions Existing network in AEC companies, contractors, or consultants Experience selling remote workforce or offshore staffing services What We Offer Fully remote work environment Competitive compensation + commission structure Opportunity to work with global clients Growth-driven and flexible team culture How to Apply Submit your updated CV and a short video introduction highlighting your sales experience and client portfolio.
