About the position
Investment Associate Location: Makati Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Morning shift, Monday to Friday We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Investment Associate to support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic investment opportunities. This role offers strong exposure to deal execution, financial analysis, and portfolio management within a dynamic investment environment. Key Responsibilities Identify, screen, and evaluate potential investment opportunities aligned with the firm's strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, executives, intermediaries, and industry stakeholders Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and return analysis to support investment decisions Conduct comprehensive industry research, market studies, and competitive analysis Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations for internal review and decision-making Support due diligence processes across financial, commercial, legal, and operational workstreams Assist in deal structuring, negotiations, and execution of transactions Contribute to investor reports, fundraising materials, and portfolio performance monitoring Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is an advantage) Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities Excellent research, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial tools (e.g., Capital IQ or similar) Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentPlace of work
