About the Role: The demand for private Tennis lessons across the South Bay is exploding, and Golden Racket Academy is expanding our local roster to keep up. We are looking for a highly motivated coach to take on new clients across the San Jose area, coaching everywhere from public courts in Willow Glen to client-preferred locations across Cupertino, Santa Clara, and Los Gatos. If you want a full schedule without the headache of marketing yourself, we need to talk. We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing. Why Coach With Us? Excellent Earnings: Up to $60/hr, based on experience and coaching level. We Bring the Clients: We actively market in the greater San Jose area and have an active roster of clients waiting. Guaranteed Payouts: No chasing down Venmo payments or dealing with flaky cancellations. We handle the billing. Ultimate Flexibility: This is an independent contractor (1099) role. You set your schedule based on your availability and client demand. What You'll Do: Coach private and small-group tennis lessons for mixed ages and skill levels. Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy. Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals. Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics. What We Are Looking For: 1+ years of coaching experience. Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
