About the Role: Tired of exclusive coastal country clubs taking a massive cut of your lessons? Golden Racket Academy operates differently. We are actively matching premium clients with elite Tennis coaches right here in San Diego. Whether you prefer to coach near active public hubs like Balboa Park and Barnes Tennis Center or travel to private HOA courts across La Jolla, Del Mar, and Carmel Valley, you keep a premium hourly rate. We handle the rest. We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing. Why Coach With Us? Excellent Earnings: Up to $60/hr, based on experience and coaching level. We Bring the Clients: We actively market in the greater San Diego area and have an active roster of clients waiting. Guaranteed Payouts: No chasing down Venmo payments or dealing with flaky cancellations. We handle the billing. Ultimate Flexibility: This is an independent contractor (1099) role. You set your schedule based on your availability and client demand. What You'll Do: Coach private and small-group tennis lessons for mixed ages and skill levels. Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy. Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals. Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics. What We Are Looking For: 1+ years of coaching experience. Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
