Job Title: Remote Property Manager (Short-Term Rentals) Overview We are seeking an experienced Remote Property Manager to oversee short-term rental operations across platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. This role focuses on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimising performance, and delivering high-quality guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms Optimize pricing, availability, and booking performance Handle guest communication from inquiry to post-stay Oversee end-to-end rental operations and workflows Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices Requirements Proven experience managing short-term rental properties Strong understanding of pricing strategy, calendar management, and booking systems Familiarity with tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (preferred) Knowledge of international short-term rental regulations Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Compensation Competitive Base Salary Performance bonus that is based on: Occupancy rate Revenue optimization Guest satisfaction (reviews/ratings) Response time & operational efficiency Additional Note As part of this assignment, candidates should demonstrate engagement throughout the hiring process, including completing assessments and showing readiness to proceed with onboarding.
