Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services | FMCG Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee pricing operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pricing updates, file uploads, and related transactions with proper approvals in place. Manage accruals, payments, and customer billing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines and service standards. Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to resolve data issues, drive alignment, and support business objectives. Ensure robust internal controls and full compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements across all processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, enhancing pricing data quality, and optimizing customer agreement management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Strong accounting background with solid knowledge of financial processes and controls. Proven experience in pricing and pricing data management. Experience in contract or customer agreement management. Demonstrated ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and people management experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
