Pricing Specialist (Shared Services)

About the position

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services | FMCG Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and maintain pricing master data with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all changes are properly approved before processing. Perform price file uploads and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data gaps or system issues. Ensure pricing data processes comply with internal controls, audit standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in pricing data and order-to-cash processes. Drive continuous improvement in master data management by identifying issues, enhancing processes, and supporting documentation and training efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Strong accounting background with knowledge of financial processes and controls. Experience in pricing operations and master data management. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks within tight deadlines.
