About the position
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services | FMCG Key Responsibilities: Process pricing updates, file uploads, and related transactions accurately, ensuring all required approvals are in place and deadlines are met. Manage accruals, payments, and customer billing (invoices, credit notes, debit notes) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure alignment across finance, sales, and other stakeholders. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and audit requirements. Drive continuous improvement in pricing data and customer agreement management by identifying issues and enhancing processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Strong accounting background with solid knowledge of financial processes and controls. Experience in pricing and pricing data management. Experience in contract or customer agreement management. Proven ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Place of work
