Expansion Manager

About the position

We are looking for an Expansion Manager to support Beyond Vision’s international growth by coordinating new offices, managing cross-border operations, and supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support setup of new international offices; Coordinate legal, administrative, and hiring processes; Track performance of international operations; Act as liaison between headquarters and local teams; Support strategic initiatives and partnerships; Prepare reports and analysis for executive decision-making. Requirements 4–8 years experience in consulting, strategy, or operations; Strong organizational and execution skills; Comfortable working directly with senior leadership; International mindset and adaptability; Success Metrics; Speed of new office setup; Performance of international units; Execution of strategic initiatives.
