Senior Technical Writer (GCP)

About the position

Role responsibilities: Create customer‑facing technical documentation for Cloud AI products, including conceptual guides, tutorials, how‑to guides, and API documentation. Develop documentation related to AI / Machine Learning , such as model training and evaluation, language and vision use cases, and self‑service onboarding processes. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Customer Engineers to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. Work with documentation‑as‑code workflows using Markdown/HTML and Git‑based repositories. Manage multiple documentation streams in fast‑paced product release environments. Non‑negotiable requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer . Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (highly desirable). Experience creating AI documentation . Strong experience with Documentation as Code . Hands‑on experience with Git / GitHub . Work model: Hybrid – On‑site preferred Location: Mexico City (CDMX), Torre Carracci. Schedule: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00 (local time)
