🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior / Principal Software Engineer (Backend & Full Stack) 📍 Location: Sweden (Stockholm & Gothenburg) 🕒 Experience: 8–15+ years We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Software Engineer to join a dynamic, cross-functional team working on large-scale, high-impact systems. This role blends backend engineering excellence with full-stack capabilities and offers the opportunity to influence architecture, scalability, and product direction. 🔧 What You’ll Do • Design, build, and scale robust backend services and APIs • Develop modern applications using TypeScript (NestJS) and React • Contribute to end-to-end system architecture and solution design • Work on cloud-based systems and distributed architectures • Improve system performance, reliability, and observability • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams • Participate in DevOps, CI/CD, and production operations • Lead technical discussions, demos, and knowledge sharing • Mentor team members and contribute to a strong engineering culture 👤 What We’re Looking For • Strong experience in backend development (Java and/or TypeScript) • Hands-on experience with modern frameworks (NestJS, React) • Solid understanding of microservices and scalable architectures • Experience with cloud platforms and databases (SQL/NoSQL) • Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and event-driven systems • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress or similar) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Proven ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership ✨ Nice to Have • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or large-scale platforms • Exposure to data pipelines or real-time systems • Coaching or technical leadership experience • Swedish language skills (bonus) 💡 Why Join?
