Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient (90%) + Inpatient (10%) San Andreas, California Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (March 30, 2026 – June 29, 2026) Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,598.69 Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an assignment at Mark Twain Medical Center . This role is primarily outpatient-focused (90%) with limited inpatient support (10%) , offering a balanced and flexible clinical experience. Facility Information Facility: Mark Twain Medical Center Location: San Andreas, CA Setting: Outpatient (Primary) + Inpatient (Secondary) Trauma Level: Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Charting System: Cerner Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans Deliver outpatient rehabilitation services Assist with inpatient therapy as needed Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner Clinical Highlights 90% Outpatient | 10% Inpatient Saturday = Inpatient only (~2.5 hours workload) Low inpatient volume lighter workload Flexible and manageable caseload Required Qualifications Active California PT License (or willing to wait) BLS Certification (AHA required) Outpatient experience preferred Ability to support inpatient cases when needed Scheduling & Assignment Details Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch) Hours: 40 hours/week Floating: Required (first to float) Weekend: Saturday (light workload) Why Consider This Assignment High-paying $2.6K/week CA contract Mostly outpatient (less stressful than full acute care) Light Saturday workload (~2.5 hrs) Scenic California location Balanced clinical exposure
