Requirements Active Minnesota Physical Therapist License — REQUIRED BLS Certification — REQUIRED Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services Professional and compassionate approach to care
