Operations Director

About the position

We are looking for an Operations Director to lead and scale Beyond Vision’s operational activities. This role is critical to ensure consistent delivery excellence, strong customer satisfaction, and efficient execution across all programs. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of all projects and operations; Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across all programs; Define and implement operational processes, KPIs, and reporting; Build and manage operations and support teams; Establish structured client follow-up and post-delivery processes; Identify bottlenecks and scale operational capacity; Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams. Requirements 4+ years experience in operations or program management; Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, or deep tech (preferred); Strong leadership and team management skills; Proven experience scaling operations in a growing company; Highly structured and execution-driven mindset. Success Metrics Customer satisfaction and retention; On-time delivery rate; Project margin performance; Support response and resolution times.
