About the position
Position: Cold Caller/ Appointment Setter Number of hours: 20 hours/week Schedule: UK Time Zone Tasks required: Answer inbound calls from the company's prospect and current clients or customers and set up appointments for the client to speak directly to a salesperson Cold calling prospects and determine the overall interest of prospective clients and eliminate clients who aren't interested Email clients to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed Follow up and/or confirm appointments using different communication channels (email, chat, calls.) Keep detailed record of call logs and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's database Must have the ability to create responses aligned with the company's messaging and drive the conversation to an appointment Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned Requirements: Proven work experience as a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter or relevant role is required Experience working in the Financial Industry is preferred Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to attend 20 to 50 calls per day Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations Very particular on the process of sourcing out leads and what tools to use Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal communication skills Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervisionAbout the company
