Well-Established Motor Dealership – East London, Eastern Cape We are seeking an experienced Warranty & Costing Clerk / Administrator to join our well-established motor dealership in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, service costing, and ensuring compliance with OEM requirements, supporting our fast-paced service department. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in warranty administration and service costing Experience within a motor dealership or franchise dealership environment is essential Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies, procedures, and service cost structures Proficiency in dealer management systems (DMS) Excellent administration skills and attention to detail Ability to perform in a fast-paced service department Key Responsibilities: Process and submit warranty claims accurately and timeously Prepare and manage service costing documentation for repairs and maintenance Ensure all supporting documentation complies with OEM requirements Follow up on outstanding claims and manufacturer queries Maintain accurate records of warranty submissions, approvals, and service costs Liaise effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management If you are meticulous, organized, and have strong expertise in warranty administration and service costing within a dealership environment, we want to hear from you.About the company
