About the position

Company Overview A Malaysia-based Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, specializing in PCB production, design, industrialization, and repair services. Serving industries like connectivity, electrification, medical, industrial, located in Johor, it supports regional and international markets with advanced manufacturing solutions. Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the full range of accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions. Prepare financial reports such as monthly statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports to provide insights into the companys financial performance. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal accounting policies, assisting with audits and tax filings. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring to support business objectives. Work closely with other departments to analyze financial data and support management in strategic decision-making. Support the preparation of reports for leadership and external stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, ideally within the manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates with general ledger (GL) accounting experience in large companies are also welcome. Experience in full set account preparation is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to take on challenges, and a desire for growth.
