We're hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents for an international airline project in Malta What you'll do: Assist customers with bookings, changes, and travel inquiries Provide support via phone, email & chat Work in a structured, international environment Why this role: Stable, long-term position No night shifts Monday to Friday schedule Clear processes (no chaos, no aggressive sales) Salary & Benefits: Salary progression (hourly, increases over time) Up to €2,000/year performance bonus €250/month language bonus Health insurance Gym packages & company perks Monthly events Work schedule: Monday to Friday Between 09:00 – 18:30 Important: Must be already based in Sliema or nearby areas EU passport or valid Malta work permit required No relocation support at the beginning We're looking for: German (C2) + English (C1) Strong communication skills Customer-focused mindset Interested?
