About the position
PR & Communications Specialist About the Role We are looking for a proactive and driven PR & Communications Specialist to join our dynamic, collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by shaping brand perception and driving visibility in a key European market. You will be part of a small, agile team and report directly to the Head of PR & Communications for Central Europe. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building strong media relationships, delivering compelling storytelling, and supporting strategic communications initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated media relations strategies across B2B and B2C channels Build and strengthen brand awareness in the German market Establish and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders Create high-quality communication materials, including press releases, Q&As, and presentations Manage incoming media enquiries and coordinate interviews Support press events, including logistics and coordination of test drives Identify and evaluate sponsorship and partnership opportunities Maintain and update media databases and oversee PR administration Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and campaign performance Manage CMS and update press platforms Coordinate with agencies and external partners to ensure consistent messaging Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in PR, communications, or journalism Experience in the automotive or premium/luxury sector is a plus Strong understanding of the German media landscape Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) Experience with CMS platforms and media monitoring tools What You Bring Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong networking and relationship-building skills Valid driver’s license (required for events and test drives) Why Join Us Be part of a pioneering automotive brand entering and growing in the European market Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Gain exposure to high-impact projects and strategic communications Enjoy strong opportunities for professional development and career growthPlace of work
