Corporate and Yachting Executive

About the position

A Malta-based firm specialising in corporate services, compliance, and financial management solutions is currently looking for a Corporate Executive to join their team. The company's focus lies in supporting businesses with regulatory, tax, and administrative requirements both locally and internationally. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €37K , depending on experience. Role & Responsibilities Handle a portfolio of corporate and yachting clients Work closely with clients, representatives, and advisors Support yacht sale and purchase transactions Liaise with the MBR, Transport Malta, and other authorities Register yachts under the Malta flag and set up company incorporations Carry out KYC and due diligence checks Assist with daily corporate tasks Ensure client portfolios remain compliant with applicable laws Open bank accounts and handle communication with banks Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a CSP A relevant academic qualification—particularly a law degree or background—is a plus Fluency in English at a C2/native level, both written and spoken Fluency in Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus Solid understanding of AML/CFT laws and regulations Able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage internally and externally at all levels Proficiency with MS 365 applications About the Role Salary of up to €37K, depending on experience, plus performance bonus Hybrid working – 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH Health insurance Car fringe benefit Corporate discounts Career growth opportunities Apply with your detailed CV in English. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
