About the position
A growing local Corporate Service Provider is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to support its HR operations. The successful candidate will be involved in key people-related processes, from hiring and employee development to performance management and HR-driven initiatives. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €37K , depending on experience. Role & Responsibilities Support the day-to-day running of HR operations alongside the Senior HR Manager Manage recruitment across all departments, overseeing the full selection and hiring process Partner with management to define role requirements, validate candidate profiles, and ensure hiring needs are met Source and approach candidates through online platforms to attract high-quality talent Prepare job offers, coordinate onboarding activities, and produce weekly and monthly recruitment reports Coordinate training and development activities, including performance appraisals, KPI setting, and training needs analysis, while tracking progress and outcomes Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation Oversee and review the HR Officer's work to maintain accuracy and consistency, including checking monthly payroll inputs prior to final approval Facilitate employee-related meetings such as interviews, probation reviews, performance discussions, and exit interviews Act as the primary contact for employees regarding payroll and leave systems, while contributing to ongoing HR projects and initiatives Monitor and analyse HR metrics, including turnover, leave trends, and recruitment data Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and efficiency, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency across HR practices Education, Skills & Experience Holding or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field Fluency in English, both written and spoken Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment Solid understanding of Maltese employment law and HR best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to present HR data clearly Proficient in Microsoft Office; Shireburn experience is an asset High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism About the Role Salary of up to €37K, depending on experience Hybrid in Swatar with flexible hours On-the-job training Health insurance Wellness allowance Free parking Study leave and opportunities for career growth Opportunities to attend industry events Apply with your detailed CV. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
