About the position
Languages Required: Spanish (C1/native) + English (B2+) Location: Athens, Greece (On-site) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40h/week) About the Role Join an international team in Athens as a Sales Representative / Customer Satisfaction Account Manager. In this role, you will manage Spanish-speaking clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and identify sales opportunities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients Manage the full customer journey from inquiry to after-sales support Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate records and documentation Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes Achieve KPIs and contribute to team targets Work Schedule Monday to Friday (no weekend shifts) 40 hours per week (8 hours/day) On-site work model Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €1,560 gross/month Quarterly Bonus: Uncapped performance-based bonus 14 Salaries per year: 12 monthly salaries +1 Easter bonus +1 split between Summer & Christmas Meal Allowance: €50/month Private Health & Life Insurance Annual Leave: 25 days Contract Permanent contract Full-time employment (40h/week) Requirements Fluency in Spanish (C1/native) Good level of English (B2+) Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-oriented mindset EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece Notes On-site role – remote work is not available Quarterly bonus is performance-based and uncapped Apply now and start your career in Athens!Place of work
