Position : FX Sales Retention Agent with English (Canadian Market) Location : Dubai, UAE Employment type : Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + Commission. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote the company's products and services Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers Increase chances of future sales Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given Keep up to date with the financial markets. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in English, both oral and written. Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory Computer savviness Ability to work with deadlines & targets Management and mathematics skills Great objection-handling skills.
