COMPENSATION Employment Type: Full-time W2 CPM: $0.43 – $0.61 based on verifiable experience Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,500 average Annual Salary: $67,000 – $85,000 Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,200 average Orientation: Paid — travel and hotel provided HOME TIME Home every other week for a 34/48-hour reset FREIGHT 100% no-touch freight Mostly drop and hook loads Region: 11 Western States BENEFITS — ACTIVE AFTER 30 DAYS Medical and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Rider and pet policy — experienced drivers from day one ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM Valid Class A CDL required to enter Minimum 120 hours of driving in trucking school Training format: OTR for 4 to 6 weeks with assigned mentor Training pay: $650.00 per week throughout training period QUALIFICATIONS 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL 6 months verifiable experience — or recent CDL A School graduate No DOT preventable accidents or major accidents on record Any DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification No more than 2 preventable incidents Must not have been terminated from last position due to safety concerns Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test No DUI in a commercial vehicle within the last 5 years Apply directly on Indeed — applications reviewed immediately.
