Danish Speaker Customer Service Representative | Remote Portugal Location: Portugal (Remote – based in Braga) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 08:00–17:00 Start Date: 9April - 16 April Ready to work remotely from Portugal while using your Danish language skills in an international environment? This role is perfect for Danish-speaking professionals who enjoy customer interaction, structured operations, and delivering high-quality service in a stable Monday–Friday schedule. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries across different channels, provide professional support, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience aligned with brand standards. What We Are Looking For Fluent Danish speaker (C2+) Strong communication and customer-focused mindset Solution-oriented and proactive approach Comfortable working in a remote international environment Previous customer service experience is an advantage Salary & Compensation Package Base Salary: 1500€ (14 months) Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per working day Complexity Bonus: 80€ per month (11 months) Position Bonus (Braga): 20€ per month (12 months) Health Insurance Legal Requirements Candidates must have one of the following: EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse Visa Type D + NIF Please note that visa support is not provided.
