German Speaking Customer (Remote in Portugal)

About the position

As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, your role will include: Providing outstanding support to German-speaking customers across various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Assisting customers with inquiries related to the project, ensuring a high level of accuracy and service quality. Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance the user experience. Managing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Keeping updated with project developments, technical processes, and product knowledge. Upholding the highest level of professionalism in all customer communications. Required Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Fluent German (C1+) excellent written and spoken communication skills. English is not required for this position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work remotely within Portugal. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
