Job Title: SMM VA (with Sales & Marketing and Outreach) Location: Remote Type of Employment: Part Time Salary Range: TBA Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant with strong sales, marketing, and outreach experience . The ideal candidate is skilled in managing social media platforms, crafting compelling content, generating leads through targeted outreach, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to help grow the business. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage social media calendars and maintain consistent branding Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and nurture communities Execute basic graphic and content creation using Canva or similar tools Track analytics and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions Sales & Marketing Support Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies Conduct market research and competitor analysis Support email marketing efforts (drafting newsletters, sequences, follow-ups) Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and lead generation Lead Generation & Outreach Perform targeted outreach through social media, email, and other platforms Build and maintain leads lists and CRM entries Initiate conversations with prospects and pre-qualify potential clients Send follow-up messages and coordinate with the sales team Track outreach performance and optimize strategies Skills & Qualifications: At least 12 years experience in Social Media Marketing, Sales Support, or Outreach Strong understanding of major social platforms and engagement strategies Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or online outreach campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Benefits: Permanent work from home set-up Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast-evolving company 7-14 days annual leave credits Submission Instructions: You can directly send your application in: https://www.careers-page.com/ironbrij-2#openings Attach your resume in PDF Format and make sure to include your tools & software proficiency.
