Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products. Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing of components and finished goods. Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and document findings. Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to resolve defects and improve product quality. Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and implement automated test solutions to improve efficiency. Create and maintain detailed test reports and documentation. Participate in product reviews and contribute to design for testability efforts. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products. Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, performance, regression, environmental). Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C#). Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify, document, and resolve product defects. Bonus Qualifications Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) for manufacturing execution systems (MES). Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and related testing challenges. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and its application in quality testing. Experience with test automation for embedded systems in manufacturing equipment. Understanding of cybersecurity principles as they apply to connected manufacturing devices.
