Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufactured products. Identify, document, and track defects found during testing, collaborating with development teams for resolution. Perform functional, performance, reliability, and stress testing on hardware and software components. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency. Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide feedback on product quality to stakeholders. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to understand product specifications and test requirements. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance throughout the testing process. Participate in root cause analysis of product failures and contribute to process improvements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with automated testing equipment (ATE) and test fixture design. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, C#, LabVIEW). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and statistical process control (SPC). Experience with data analysis and interpretation of test results to identify trends and root causes. Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming. - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) principles. - Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies. - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. - Understanding of basic circuit design and troubleshooting.
