Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies and tools. Identify, define, and prioritize complex operational improvement projects aligned with business goals. Drive data-driven decision-making to diagnose root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies. Develop and implement robust process control strategies to sustain improvements and prevent recurrence of issues. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure project buy-in and successful implementation. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the manufacturing operations. Analyze manufacturing data using statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful and timely project completion. Recommended Qualifications Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment. Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in process improvement. Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data-driven problem-solving methodologies. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and influence stakeholders. Experience with various manufacturing processes and technologies relevant to the industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools. - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams. - Proficiency in statistical software beyond basic Minitab capabilities. - Experience in a specific manufacturing sub-sector (e.g., automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals). - Advanced training or certification in change management methodologies.
