Shop Foreman | Newaygo, MI Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience Are you a skilled professional with a passion for excelling in shop foreman? Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations and ensure production targets are met. Supervise and mentor shop floor employees, providing guidance and support. Manage workflow, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maintain efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance. Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, initiating reorders as needed. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to shop floor personnel. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of production processes and machinery. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Experience with quality control procedures.
