Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient production flow and adherence to schedules. Manage and mentor a team of production staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and quality standards. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing shop floor management role. Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Experience with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
