Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions. Develop, optimize, and implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and drive continuous improvement. Establish and monitor key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to track asset performance. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment design and maintainability. Develop and implement reliability standards, procedures, and best practices across the plant. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering field. 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reliability methodologies including FMEA, RCM, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis. Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic). Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL).
