Reliability Engineer | Manistee, MI Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for excelling in reliability engineer? Key Responsibilities Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for chronic and critical equipment failures. Develop and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance strategies. Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles and methodologies. Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on critical assets and processes. Monitor and report on key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment design and operational practices. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. 3-5+ years of experience in a reliability engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding and practical application of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., RCM, FMEA, RCA, Predictive Maintenance technologies). Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and CMMS/EAM systems to identify trends and drive improvements. Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred.
