The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wyoming that are seeking skilled Reliability Engineers. By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals. Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues. Develop, optimize, and implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies. Analyze equipment performance data, identify trends, and recommend reliability improvements. Implement strategies to improve equipment uptime, reduce maintenance costs, and extend asset life. Provide technical support and training on reliability principles to maintenance and operations teams. Manage and report on key reliability metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in reliability methodologies such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, and statistical analysis. Experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and implement solutions to improve asset reliability. Bonus Qualifications Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification Proficiency with advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, R) Experience implementing or optimizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP PM or Maximo Knowledge of advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., online vibration monitoring, AI/ML for prognostics) Job Titles That Should Apply Reliability Engineer, Senior Reliability Engineer, Asset Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Reliability Engineer, Equipment Reliability Engineer, Product Reliability Engineer, System Reliability Engineer, Reliability Specialist, Reliability Analyst, Uptime Engineer, Durability Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer Why Pivot Group The Pivot Group was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
