Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a production team effectively to meet targets. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving production issues. Proficiency in communicating production goals, issues, and performance clearly to team members and management. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training. Proficiency with manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex). Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese) to support diverse workforces. Demonstrated experience in mentoring or training junior production staff.
