Ensure daily production schedules and output targets are met. Monitor product quality and adherence to manufacturing specifications. Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment malfunctions. Promote and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing production role, preferably with lead or supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently. Commitment to quality standards and workplace safety protocols.
