Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and meet output targets. Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and manufacturing specifications. Identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, or process bottlenecks. Train, mentor, and evaluate production operators on standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Track and report key production metrics, performance indicators, and material usage. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment. 1-2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and lean manufacturing principles. Demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational procedures. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
