Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide production team members to achieve daily output targets. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Proficiency in monitoring production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and implementing safety protocols. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
