Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide production team members during shifts. Ensure daily production targets and schedules are met efficiently. Monitor product quality and enforce standard operating procedures. Promote and enforce strict safety protocols and workplace cleanliness. Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues and equipment malfunctions. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development. Report on daily production performance, output, and any deviations. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control systems. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to meet production goals and schedules. Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting production issues efficiently. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to all safety protocols.
