Key Responsibilities Set up and adjust press machinery, dies, and tooling for production runs. Operate various presses (e.g., stamping, forming, hydraulic) to manufacture parts according to specifications. Conduct regular quality inspections of finished parts using precision measuring instruments. Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on press equipment. Troubleshoot operational issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Load and unload raw materials and finished products, managing material flow efficiently. Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
