Key Responsibilities Develop, program, and test PLC logic for automated manufacturing equipment. Design and implement HMI/SCADA applications for operator interface and data acquisition. Troubleshoot and debug complex control system issues, including PLCs, HMIs, and associated hardware. Integrate PLC systems with robotics, vision systems, and other plant-level IT systems. Perform commissioning and startup of new machinery and production lines. Create and maintain detailed documentation for control system programs and configurations. Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) for Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and/or Siemens platforms. Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and configuration (e.g., FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition). Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP). Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control narratives. Proven experience in commissioning, testing, and debugging automated manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with servo drives, VFDs, and motion control applications.
