Key Responsibilities Develop, program, and commission PLC applications for automated manufacturing systems. Design and implement Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex control system issues and machine malfunctions. Integrate new automation equipment and control systems with existing production lines. Perform software testing, validation, and debugging to ensure system functionality and reliability. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for PLC programs and system configurations. Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in programming industrial PLCs (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) using Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagrams. Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying HMI/SCADA applications (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition, FactoryTalk View). Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP) and network configuration. Proven ability to troubleshoot, commission, and optimize automated manufacturing systems and machinery. Familiarity with industrial control panel design, electrical schematics, and relevant safety standards. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB). Familiarity with database integration and data logging from PLCs (e.g., SQL, MES systems). Proficiency in high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis or custom HMI/SCADA interfaces. Experience with industrial vision systems setup and integration.
