Office Manager | Montague, MI Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for excelling in office manager? The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Montague seeking Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Manage general office operations, including procurement of supplies and equipment. Provide administrative support to the leadership team and manufacturing personnel. Coordinate HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits support. Oversee vendor relationships for facility services and office-related contracts. Assist with the maintenance of health and safety documentation and compliance records. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and deliveries for the facility. Track office budget, process invoices, and manage expense reporting. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or manufacturing-related software. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising with all levels of staff and external vendors. Experience with office budget management, supply procurement, and overseeing facility services.
