Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations. Coordinate administrative support for production, engineering, and sales teams. Oversee office facility maintenance, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment. Process invoices, manage expense reports, and track office budget expenditures. Maintain confidential employee records and assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding. Implement and maintain efficient document control and filing systems for critical company records and certifications. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including visitors and deliveries. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of office management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/MRP systems or similar operational software. Demonstrated experience in budget management, expense tracking, and vendor relations within an operational setting. Proven ability to coordinate HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, payroll support, and record-keeping for a diverse workforce. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to support both administrative and production teams.
