We are looking for Greek-speaking Customer Service Agents who are passionate about assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth user experience on a global e-commerce and digital services platform. What You'll Do Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Greek Assist customers with account inquiries, product questions, and service issues Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality Document interactions accurately in internal systems Handle high contact volumes during promotion periods Follow platform policies and service standards to resolve customer cases efficiently What We're Looking For C1/C2 Greek (mandatory) English B2 or higher Strong customer service and communication skills Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital services Empathy and rational decision-making abilities Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions Work Schedule Rotational Shifts; Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Possible future transition to 24/7 operations .
