Senior Litigation Attorney (Los Angeles)

About the position

Senior Litigation Attorney Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a successful plaintiff civil litigation firm with over 15 Attorneys, over 1000 five-star Google reviews, and over 30 years in business helping the injured. We need a sharp, experienced Senior Litigation Attorney who can independently manage a caseload from start to finish, including settlement negotiations, litigation strategy, and trial preparation as needed. You should have a proven track record of securing settlements in the $200,000-$1,000,000+ range and the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision. Duties: Manage up to 50 - 60 litigation cases, overseeing investigations, strategy development, and trial preparation. Independently negotiate and close six- and seven-figure settlements. Develop aggressive litigation strategies to maximize case value. Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed. Work efficiently and proactively to push cases forward without excessive oversight. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters. Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and supporting staff to streamline case management and ensure timely case progression. Requirements: Licensed to practice law in California. 6 - 10 years of Attorney Plaintiff personal injury experience. Proven ability to secure settlements in the $200K - $1M+ range. Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent litigation and case strategy skills. Self-sufficient—doesn’t require hand-holding or micromanagement. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary Range: $225,000 - $350,000 (D.O.E.)
